1. CONFIRMATIONS
1.1 All bookings are provisional until written or email confirmation and a deposit is received.
1.2 A deposit of 50% of room hire and additional service costs (if applicable), is required to secure a booking.
1.3 Final delegate numbers and event details (including any refreshment requirements), should be confirmed a minimum of 3 working days prior to the date booked.
2. CANCELLATION
2.1 Cancellation of a booking MUST be confirmed in writing.
2.2 In the event of a cancellation, the following charges will apply:
• Two months prior to the booking date no fee will be charged
• One month prior to the booking date 25% of full fee (room hire & additional charges) will be charged
• 14 days prior to the booking date 50% of full fee (room hire & additional charges) will be charged
• 7 days prior to the booking date the full amount (room hire & additional charges) will be charged
3. DAMAGE
3.1 The client will be held responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their event.
4. PAYMENTS
4.1 Payment for room hire and additional services (if applicable), is due 7 days prior to the booked meeting date unless an alternative payment arrangement is agreed in writing by Poole Accident Repair.
4.2 Poole Accident Repair reserves the right to alter or amend prices prior to an event, at its sole discretion.
