Providing regular updates to customers, you will be kept informed of the progress of repairs until completion, when your car will be returned to you after a wash, leather and vacuum.
We can provide you with one of our 15 courtesy cars to keep you mobile for the duration of your repairs, subject to availability. Alternatively, we also offer a Collection and Delivery Service to ensure any inconvenience resulting from your accident is kept to a minimum.

Claim Management Service
The Accident Repair Centre team are experts in both fault and non-fault claims, dealing with insurance companies and third parties direct. We can arrange an insurance engineer to inspect the vehicle and authorise repairs whilst the vehicle is on-site. On the completion of repairs, simply pay us any excess on your policy and drive away your car, returned to you in superb condition.

Poole Accident Repair's commercial vehicle facility provides a wide range of services to customers with light commercial vehicles and high-top vans.
Not only is our commercial oven big enough to accommodate the larger vehicle, we have also installed a state-of-the-art global jig chassis repair system.
