Poole Accident Repair has designed a unique service especially for all Poole Audi customers.

Poole Audi Accident Management is a free service available to all Poole Audi customers, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Unfortunately, accidents do happen and dealing with the aftermath can be a stressful experience. Our bespoke service aims to minimise the inconvenience that often comes with being involved in an accident. One call to 0845 33 11 278 and we will speak to your insurance company, arrange estimates and book your car into our Audi Approved repair centre. Where necessary, we will also contact and deal with any third party claimants.

If your accident damaged car is not drivable, we guarantee to organise a replacement vehicle for you. In addition, if the accident was not your fault and you choose to call us, we will provide you with a like-for-like replacement vehicle for the duration your car is off the road (subject to terms and conditions).

It is your right to decide where your damaged vehicle is repaired, regardless of your insurance company’s advice. In fact we are certain that you would prefer to have your vehicle repaired by an Audi Approved repair centre, which not only preserves the Audi anti-corrosion paint warranty, but also ensures the repairs are completed to the high standards that are required by Audi, using genuine Audi parts.
