From A348 (A31 - Southampton & Ringwood; A338 Salisbury):
Follow A348 (Ringwood Road) into Poole from the A31 (Southampton & Ringwood) or A338 (Salisbury)
Stay on the A348 until you reach the Mountbatten Arms roundabout
Continue straight over the Mountbatten Arms roundabout and the following roundabout, to take you onto Ringwood Road South (now the B3068)
At the top of the hill there is a double mini roundabout: turn right at the second of the two into Mannings Heath Road
At the next mini roundabout turn right into The Fulcrum complex
Follow the road round to the right, continue straight on until the end of this road, then follow the road round to your left

From A3049 (A350 Warminster & Blandford; A35 Dorchester):
Follow A3049 (Dorset Way) heading for Ringwood until you reach the Tower Park roundabout
Bear right onto Old Wareham Road
At the next roundabout bear left onto Ringwood Road South
At the double mini roundabout turn left into Mannings Heath Road
At the next mini roundabout turn right into The Fulcrum complex
Follow the road round to the right, continue straight on till the end of this road, then follow the road round to your left
