In the event of an accident, Poole Accident Repair will
prepare detailed repair estimates free of charge. The team
will personally guide you through the repair process,
communicating directly with insurance companies or third
parties to ensure a fast, efficient and hassle-free service.
Providing regular updates to customers, you will be kept
informed of the progress of repairs until completion, when
your car will be returned to you after a wash, leather
and vacuum.
We can provide you with one of
our 13 courtesy cars to keep you mobile for
the duration of your repairs, subject to availability.
Alternatively, we also offer a Collection and Delivery
Service to ensure any inconvenience resulting from your
accident is kept to a minimum.

calm, advise you what to do next, make sure you are safe, and
get you home.
If your car has been vandalised or is left unsecured, we
will arrange for it to be made safe or stored in our
secure facility.

Bodyshop have the full manufacturer's warranty. We only use
the manufacturers' genuine parts and all work is carried out
to the very highest standards, maintaining both the quality
and value of your vehicle.

The Accident Repair Centre team are experts in both
fault and non-fault claims, dealing with insurance companies
and third parties direct. We can arrange an insurance
engineer to inspect the vehicle and authorise repairs whilst
the vehicle is on-site. On the completion of repairs, simply
pay us any excess on your policy and drive away your car,
returned to you in superb condition.
It's your car, it's your choice:
Whilst many insurance companies attempt to direct claims
towards their own 'recommended repairers', irrespective of
their expertise in specific makes of car, it is your
right to have your vehicle repaired by the bodyshop of your
choice.

In a recent edition of the VBRA News, it is clearly stated:
"the insurer is obliged to tell their policyholder that
they are free to choose a body repairer of their own choice."
Whilst the insurer can make their client aware of their own
approved network of repairers, "the final choice remains
with the policyholder."
Contrary to the common misconception, only one estimate is
actually required by insurance companies for a claim.
